Dark and assertive
Buckwheat honey is produced when bees collect nectar primarily from the tiny flowers of buckwheat grain. Much different than our other honey, buckwheat honey is thick and has a very strong flavor. We bottle our buckwheat honey in 1 and 2 pound plastic squeeze containers and 1.5 pound glass pint jars.
